PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

There are 2 formats that we can accept to produce duplications for you.
The first, and more preferable, is to supply us with a digital file of your headshot.
These may be brought in on CD, DVD, or a flash drive or emailed to us.
The list below details what we need in terms of image size and file type to make a quality reproduction from your digital files.

8 x 10 files should be 2400 x 3000, minimum of 1200 x 1500
5 x 7 files should be 1500 x 2100, minimum of 750 x 1050
4 x 6 files should be 1200 x 1800, minimum of 600 x 900
Business cards should be 600 x 1050, minimum of 300 x 525

We accept tif, jpeg, pdf, and psd files.

We can also make copies from your 8x10 original photographs.
Just remember, the quality of the scan will only be as good as the original you provide.

If you have slides or negatives, we recommend that you take them to a photo lab
and have them scanned onto a disc or made into an 8x10 photographic print.
